India is witnessing a retail revolution spl in metros and A city.. bcoz of convenience and experience..
If these retail chains like pantaloons,big bazzar..etc goes online and enable user to order by net and get thngs delivered ,I think this idea will click.
ppl in metros are short f time and shoping after office is hectic fr many..
Most of monthly items are fix..ex person using LUX will get same lux at home also..bcoz its packed..
so i think retail chains should think from customer point and see the fruits of success.

Shopping on the move is another thing that has totally caught up!!!
For example shopping centres at Petrol Pumps are very convenient...cuase everything is avilable at these centres and good prices!!
